Blue Jeans & Lace
With all the colored and printed iterations on the market these days, it's been a while since I've owned a pair of legit blue jeans. On a recent trip to Zara, I decided to remedy this when I laid my eyes on the perfect pair. They're made of real denim material, not that stretchy stuff, and have the fading and destruction details I've been into ever since my Abercrombie-obsessed high school days. Unfortunately they seemed to run a bit small and my normal size was super snug on me--as in wouldn't-really-button snug--so I decided to size up for a slouchier fit. Oh well, boyfriend jeans are making such a huge comeback (again) anyway, aren't they? I paired it with a lace top because I firmly believe that when wearing baggy jeans, you have to balance the look out with something structured and/or feminine.
